Return & Exchange Policy

At DIVINETHREADS, every product is produced in limited quantities. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues after a purchase has been made.

Please ensure you carefully review the product description and size chart before placing your order.

Size Exchange

We offer one-time size exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping and reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective and a replacement is unavailable.
  • An incorrect product was delivered and a replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect colour or style selection
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen settings
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
